Admissions
Our Enrollment Procedures
- The parent / guardian must complete the entire enrollment packet and submit to the Universal Academy Learning Center office.
- All children must have a valid physical exam (Form 3040) and immunization record (Form 680 or 681) submitted with the enrollment packet before he/she will be enrolled in the program.
- A Child Care Food Program Free and Reduced Price Meal Application must be completed for each child.
- Parent and Child must have a pre-visit in the Center to complete the enrollment process.
- A nonrefundable) $75. Registration Fee must be provided with enrollment application and first week’s payment to complete the enrollment process.
- School Readiness / Family Central or VPK must be received to qualify for fee waivers.
Tuition
Weekly Fees
Fees are due on the Monday of each week. If fees are not received by Wednesday morning, a $5 late fee will be added each day the payment is late. If your payments get behind more than 2 weeks, children will not be able to return to the center without full payment including late fees.
Universal Academy accepts subsidized assistance programs.
